Does working with you cost my family anything?
No. Senior living communities pay a referral fee when a family moves in, and that is who pays me. Your family is never billed — no fee, no deposit, no credit card.
Resource guide
Almost every family I meet walks into their first tour without knowing what to ask. That’s not a failing — nobody learns this until the day they need it, and communities are very good at showing you their best hour.
So I wrote down the questions that actually separate one place from another. Take them with you. You don’t need to ask all of them, and you don’t need to ask them perfectly. Asking two or three of the harder ones will tell you a great deal about how a community answers when it isn’t in control of the conversation.
Ten minutes on the phone can save an entire wasted afternoon.
A scheduled tour shows you the community at its best. In my experience, some of the most useful information isn’t in the answers at all.
Senior living pricing is rarely one number, and the gap between the quoted rate and the real monthly bill is where most families get surprised.
Staffing is the single strongest predictor of day-to-day quality of care.
Memory care is a different kind of service, not simply assisted living behind a locked door. These questions get at whether a community understands that.
These rarely come up on a tour, and I have seen every one of them end a placement badly for somebody.

Earlier than most families do. If you have time, use it — touring without a deadline is a completely different experience than touring against a discharge date. But if you’re already in a hurry, that’s how most families reach me, and we can work with it.
That’s where most families start. I’ll talk through what you’re seeing day to day and help you understand which settings fit. For a clinical assessment of medical needs, I’ll point you to the right professional — that part isn’t my role.
Sí, completamente. Soy bilingüe, y toda la conversación, las visitas y las preguntas de su familia pueden ser en español.
Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, and Kendall County, along with Stone Oak, Sonterra, TPC, Bulverde, Leon Springs, Helotes, La Cantera, and the Dominion. If you’re just outside that, call anyway and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
