About Claudia

I wanted to be the person who picks up the phone.

I’m Claudia Figart, a Certified Senior Advisor helping families across Boerne, North and Northwest San Antonio, and the Texas Hill Country find the right place for someone they love.

I work for your family, never for a facility. My guidance is free to families, I’m available seven days a week, and I answer.

It started with a call that wasn’t returned.

When my father-in-law had a stroke, everything moved at once. Doctors were talking about discharge dates. My husband was trying to understand what “skilled nursing” meant, whether his dad would qualify for help paying for it, and how you judge a facility when you have never once had to think about it.

He found an agency online and left a voicemail.

They called back the next day.

In a crisis, a day feels like a lifetime.

Families don’t just need a list. They need a person.

We got good help in the end. But the experience stayed with me — the hours of searching with no compass, the fear of choosing wrong for someone you love, the way cost and care and family disagreement all arrive at once, exactly when you have the least capacity to handle them.

That is the reason this business exists. Families in that moment need:

  • Someone who answers.
  • Someone who has walked the hallways, not just read the website.
  • Someone who understands that “affordable” means something different in every family, and who works inside your reality instead of around it.

If that is what you are looking for, call or text me at 210-724-0348. There is no cost and no obligation.

Standards

What I hold myself to.

These are not marketing promises. They are the standard I set the day I started, because I know exactly what it feels like to be on the other end of that phone call.

  • I answer within the hour

Seven days a week. Hospital discharges do not wait for Monday morning, and neither do I.

  • I visit every facility I recommend

I have personally walked through the doors of every community I send families to. You deserve to know that someone stood in those hallways before you ever schedule a tour.

  • I work for your family, not the facility

My job is not to fill a bed. It is to find the right place for your person, at a price your family can actually manage — and to stay with you through the whole process rather than hand over a list and disappear.

  • Certified Senior Advisor

The CSA credential requires formal training in the health, financial, and social issues facing older adults, and a signed code of professional responsibility I am accountable to.

This is where I live.

I am not a call center in another state routing your family to whoever paid the most for the lead. I live and work here — Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Stone Oak, Leon Springs, Helotes, and the communities around them.

I know which places have had inspection problems, which ones staff well on a Sunday, and which ones will genuinely work within your budget. That kind of knowledge only comes from being here.

Hablamos español — completamente.

San Antonio is a majority-Hispanic city, and almost no one in senior placement makes bilingual service a real part of what they do. I do.

Every question, every comparison, every hard family conversation can happen in the language that feels like home. Not a translated brochure — me, on the phone, in Spanish.

Tell me what is happening. I will tell you what your options are.

No cost, no pressure, and no obligation to do anything after we talk. If you are not sure whether it is time yet, that is exactly the right moment to call.
